Custom Meta Field not syncing

    I’m using the pro version and trying to import users with a custom meta field “birth date”. Everything seems to work and sync fine except for the birthdate field.

    I have also tried the other way around by exporting my current users with the birth date field occupied and then imported them back, but the field still does not sync.

    Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

    Importing and exporting user custom meta fields is one of our premium features. Please check out our pro version plugin which supports user metadata.

    Thanks for the reply. I am using the pro version of the plugin and just purchased it yesterday.
    Everything seems to look fine on the “metadata” and “output”, everything imports fine as well except for the custom birthdate field.
    Please refer to the images. Should you need more info please do let me know!

    ? Meta (custom fields) seem to output the date from the csv file just fine.

    ? But the date does not show up here? (Note: I have also tried to match different date formats but unfortunately it still did not work.)
