Custom multicurrency system compatibility

Hello, thank you for the great plugin solution.
We have implemented the custom multicurrency system because on our website we use Weglot not WPML. We run the fields for each product (single, variable). Default price and sale price for the main language are taken from the basic woocommerce price fields. Other prices for other languages are taken from the custom fields which data are stored in product meta data and filtered by current language function at the frontend.

With the main language where the prices are taken from the basic woocommerce fields, everything works perfect. With custom fields the price is calculated well at the composite product (sale and regular), but once added to cart the price is regular in the cart.

Is there any filter or snippet we could use for this, so we could include also the custom fields for each language?
