Custom navigation links for multi-page posts

I’m writing a sort-of ‘top 5’ post and am putting each of the 5 on a separate page in a multi-page post.

I was wondering if a plugin exists which will allow me to customise the link at the bottom of each page. So instead of having “next page” at the bottom it would say “Number 5”, “Number 4”, etc. I know you can change the
