    Hi,
I wanted to create a custom navigation menu on my website with Elementor and somehow, when I add the ‘Custom Nav Menu’ it doesn’t appear. It says 254. Even if I use a regular menu, not customize with WordPress, it says 254 instead of my menu. However, I’m also building an English version of the same website (www.sonialisolivagant.com) and I did the same thing and it works. I tried different things, but I cannot fix this issue. Can someone help me please ?

    Childish theme: OceanWP.
    Website: https://www.fr.sonialisolivagant.com

    Thanks.

  • Hi, kindly activate the OceanWP parent theme and check this error still exists or not, then revert to the child theme.

Update this thread with your result. Also, please update PHP version of your server if it is below PHP 7. OceanWP required PHP 7 to work well.

    Hi @apprimit,

Thanks for your answer. I might sound super stupid, but what is OceanWP parent theme ?

Child theme works only with its parent theme.

    OceanWP Parent Theme – View

    OceanWP Child Theme – View

Upload both themes in your theme directory and activate the child theme by navigating admin dashboard > appearance > themes

Oh ok… then, I might not have understood. My theme is OceanWP – View

I don’t use OceanWP Child Theme then.

So should I do the same process ?

Oh ok, apologies. I’ll let you know if it works.
