    Hi,

Is there a way to make the reply-to email address for New Order emails that are sent to the shop admin/manager be that of the actual customer and not the default notification sender address set in the WC email settings?

This way the shop admin can just hit reply on the New Order email and fire off a message to the customer.

    Hello @maginem,

    Thank you for reaching out!

The (admin) new order email may contain information about your store. Therefore, it’s usually not advisable to share these emails with customers.

Instead, you can include your admin email as a CC in the complete order email that gets sent to the customer.

Here’s a ready-to-use snippet you can try to achieve this: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-add-to-cc-bcc-order-email-recipients/

    Hope it helps!

Hi. Thank you for the feedback and suggestion(s).
Yes, I also did tell my client that it’s not ideal for them to reply to the New Order email to the customer, as that might contain information that the client may not need to see.

You’re very welcome! If you’re looking for a more advanced automation solution to send emails, consider checking the AutomateWoo extension.

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as solved now, feel free to create a new one or keep replying here if you have any other questions. :?)
