Custom Notification for ‘Set Your New Password’

    Hi there

    I am trying to set a custom notification for the transactional email ‘Set Your New Password’. Is it possible to set a custom email for this email type? I thought at first it was the ‘New User Registration – For User’ email, but it appears to be different WP email.

    Hi @colinl255,
    Thanks for your message.

    The ‘New User Registration – For User’ notification is the correct one to use as it allows you to use the [password_url] shortcode to output the link to the password generator page.

    As your notification is different, it’s possible this is being overridden by another plugin too.

    Thank you for your help. On your advice, I was able to find that this email was being triggered elsewhere. In this case, by Memberpress.

    In that case, you may need to get in touch with MemberPress to see if they can help with regards to disabling that notification.
