Custom numeration for Submission ID

    Hi, I’m using Forminator plugin quite well is an aweson plugin! But I need to stylize a little bit the “submission ID” numeration to change it from for example “#5” to “#0005” is possible to do this? and also like I testing this form the count is constating increasing, so is there a way when all is done to reset this count to start from “#0001” thanks in advance!

    Hope you are doing well today.

    Unfortunately, there are any out of box options to change the “submission ID” format, it’s created automatically and stored in frmt_form_entry_meta and frmt_form_entry tables.

    If you want to reset the number you will need to clear the mentioned tables in your database, just please note that it will remove any existing submissions and I highly recommend creating a backup before making any changes to your database.

    It can only be changed using custom code; however, custom coding is beyond the scope of our support, you’ll need to hire a developer to provide the required custom code for you.
