Custom oder_item_name

Hi, I’m sorry if this has been asked before, but I’m working with another Plugin that allows me to add a shipping option (that I call Shipping Insurance) to the checkout. It adds a new order_item_type to the _woocommerce_order_items table. I’m wondering how I can get your plugin to read the _woocommerce_order_items table and return a specific order_item_name.

This would save literally hours of work per month and save us thousands on lost shipping funds. Please let me know!
