Custom Option not working correctly 1.0.9

    With a fresh install of HashBar 1.0.9, the “Custom” option in the “Choose option where to show” section brings up the section for “URL Parameter Value”, it then disappears after a second. All the older versions bring up the section: “Custom options where to show”. This is not an issue for installations where a previous version was already installed, then upgrade to 1.0.9.
    This was tested with WordPress 4.9.9.
