Custom order for events

    I have several events that all start on the same day at the same time. Is there a way to add a custom attribute or a way that would allow me to manually set the order of these events when I am using the events list shortcode?

  • Is there a specific thing about the events that they should be ordered by (event name, location, etc.)?

    As of right now, no. The all dont have a location, they are all in the same category and I don’t want the order to be alphabetical, I want to be able to set the order. I was thinking maybe a custom field or attribute, but I wouldn’t know how to add that to the short code to display properly

    Custom fields / attributes can be added to events but at the moment there’s no way to order shortcodes by custom attributes. It might be possible to create a WordPress query that reorders in this way.
