Custom order note

The image below is not in ENG but it’s clear where it’s located:
Product > advanced
It’s a note a store owner can add to each individual product
Some questions –
1) where will this appear?
2) is it possible to display this on the order page?
3) if 2 is true, does it support HTML?Thanks!
