Custom Order Number not used by Payment Gateway

    When I use Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce the order numbers are setup perfectly BUT these are not the order numbers used by my payment gateway? The Payment Gateway picks up the Old Order ID not the new sequential order number – hence the whole point of Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce is worthless? Payment Gate Orders are out of sync with Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce… is there a way around this please?

    Hi @simplyit,

    Which payment gateway you’re using? Does the issue come when the customer picks that specific payment gateway option?

    Can you please show me the setup through the screenshot you have done in the plugin?
