Custom Order Status after payment success

@ppjev – this isn’t possible with the Stripe plugin alone, but you should be able to do this with a normal PHP snippet: https://gist.github.com/jrick1229/4a78b63541ee3f75dc0451a30216fe2d
This specific snippet will set Stripe orders to Complete when the payment is completed, but you can change $order->update_status( 'completed' ); to reflect the correct order status on your site.
