Custom Order Statuses mail not working

Can you please check your browser console log and see if there is any error of javascript in it?

Maybe you have a conflict with some other plugin. Please deactivate all other plugins temporally, keep the Alp and WC active, see if the issue is resolved, then activate all the other plugins one-by-one and try again after each time you activate a plugin until you find the plugin that creates the conflict.

I deactivated all other plugins temporally problem stays.

In the browser console log I have this:

So I’m thinking the problem is with local pickup for some reason.

Oh, that’s nice. I dind’t get that. When I sent it in I got the impression that I didn’t get support for a free plug-in.

We found an issue with the email customizer. It’s a theme compatibility issue. Email customizer not working with Hello Elementor theme. We are working on a fix. We will release a new version of the plugin with a fix next week.

Little site note the preview orders don’t seem to load. But the email customizer is loading!

You need to have orders with Local Pickup shipping method and then they will be available for preview inside actual order email, we create a demo that shows just the Local Pickup instruction if there are no orders to preview with local pickup status
