Custom Page

Hi everybody,
I was wandering if there is any way to show custom page (that is not template) from child theme when there is a argument in link passed?
Ex.
https://mywebsite.com/custom-page/?some_args=valueand when the link is clicked I want to open custom-page.php
any help is welcome.
