Custom Pages – Pulling in Dynamic Content

I have a site that I’d like to create custom pages where I can pull in content from a different table/s in MySQL other than the standard wp tables. I see how to make custom pages but I can’t seem to figure out how I specify(with PHP) which table I want to pull from.
Reason for this is my client would like to keep all their product info in separate tables from WP.
