Custom pages UI overlaps WP's admin submenu popops

Hi, version 1.3 fixes the problem.

Just started to use this plugin. Potentially great but I can’t now create a new page. As well as the “Cancel” box showing the new page box opens 20cm square and apart from enter the title, that’s it. Can’t save, or input any other information. Is there a solution?
