Custom pdf per supplier

    Hello. I am running a furniture factory business on which customers are able to customize their product to their need. I am wondering if it is possible to add certain options when ordering from a supplier, such as:

    1) Add an extra field on the pdf with the name of product of the supplier(I am using different ones to promote them)

    2) Add the ability to have a fixed pdf layout for each supplier with option to include images as well (or the ability to attach one)

    Also is it possible to add a feature to send directly to the email of said supplier using a default program like Outlook(or roundcube)?

    Thank you very much for your question and interest.

    Honestly, I am not sure what pdf you are talking about? The purchase order or are you drop shipping?

    Custom fields are possible of course, you need hire a developer though.

    PS: mobile apps looks now for late spring release.

    I am talking about the generated pdf from the purchase orders.

    Is there any documentation on how someone would proceed in adding custom fields?

    If not what kind of knowledge would the developer need to have to understand the code inside the plugin? Thank you in advance.

    You can override the PO PDF template by following this tutorial:

    Once you do so, you can edit anything within the overridden template (add fields, remove fields, whatever…) ??

    Hello again and ty all for your help and answers so far.

    I came in contact with a developer and we are on a crossroads in this:

    What I really want is to be able to add the suppliers product REAL name, as when you add a new product and got the ability to add the SKU of the supplier, an extra permanent field to add the name product of the supplier as well from which ATUM will take the information from and add it automatically into the P.O. generated pdf.

    I am really sorry for the confusion and I hope you will be able to assist in that regard.
