Custom permalink and breadcrumb

Hi, I try to have a custom permalink structure on my website https://lesgeckos.fr but it doesn’t show up in breadcrumb (WordPress seo by yaost). I have url’s like this :
https://lesgeckos.fr/canyoning-nice/canyon-randonnee-aquatique-gorges-loup-grasse/

Do you know how I can fix it.

Do I need to do something else to have a custom permalink for my pages (another plugin or code)? If I look at yoast.com, that’s what they have. And working well with breadcrumb.
