• Hi, thanks for this great plugin! I hope you can help with this issue:

I am trying out Sportspress and wondering whether it is possible to have more control over the sportspress permalinks?

It would be helpful to be able to set a Sportspress permalink base to use instead of the WP base.

For example, my blog is only a small part of my website and set up to use this Custom Structure : “/media/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/”

This allows all my blog pages to have a prefix of “media”.

But now Sportspress also uses the media prefix and as a result the permalinks looks like this “/media/event/1617/” etc.

Would be great to have an option to set the base to something unique, to allow for permalinks like this “/match-centre/event/1617/”.

The blog and Sportspress really doesn’t have anything to do with each other, so why should they share the permalink base? It is possible to set this for Custom Post Types and Taxonomies, so why not for Sportspress?

    Hi!

    Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, we don’t have an option for this. You’ll need some custom code to do that.

It is definitely possible, we just don’t have an option for this.

    Thanks!
