Custom Plugin For Tides

Hi,

I am looking to get a custom tide widget developed for a wordpress website that will show a calendar of all of the tidal data of Warsash for a year by using a calendar. It needs to work similarly to the one on this website: https://www.mdlmarinas.co.uk/marinas/mdl-hamble-point-marina/weather-and-tides/

The widget would need to be added to a page via a shortcode and will need to be mobile responsive. Would you be interested in developing this and how much would it cost?
