Custom position ads not always showing

    Hi there,

    We have set up multiple ad Placements throughout our website, and all of them work as expected, except for the ‘custom position’ one – we set the ad’s position to ‘by existing element’ and filled it with a wanted selector. Then going to a page where the banner should appear but it doesn’t unless we turn on the responsive view on the browser (using Chrome). Banners should show up on all the devices but it never comes on an actual mobile phone.

    We already use the same ad unit/line items on other Placements on our website, so we are sure that the GAM side of things is working ok here.

    Need help with this! Any ideas?
