Custom post action on form

I was wondering if it is possible to implement a custom form action using CF7. I want the captcha protection offered by CF7 but my client wants their form entries to go to a link (https://sXXXXXXX.t.eloqua.com/e/f2).

Currently the form is setup using HTML with the action as the link using a post method, can I recreate this in CF7 so I can get the recaptcha protection.
