Custom Post Ordering not working?

    Hi, I love the concept of being to present posts from a certain category in a grid format on the homepage. However I’m trying to force an ordering for these posts using a plugin called “Post Types Order” but that order is not reflected in the Content View.

    I’m not using Blocks, only the Classic Editor and Classic Widgets.

    What am I missing? Would the PRO version provide this feature? It’s a bit puzzling that posts ordering are not working. I’ve used this plugin multiple times on sites I’ve built. Why is it not working with Content Views?

    Please enable Sort by in our shortcode/block, then select sort by “Menu order”.
