• Hello! I am having an issue around custom post taxonomies. We are using a few custom post types that show up in the search results, but if they are tagged with a key word, for example accessibility, they are not all showing up in the search. I am using this plugin in conjunction with Ajax load more and Ajax preloaded, but am not receiving all search results. I am wondering if there is an issue with indexing these posts, or if there are any known issues plugin working with these other ones? It seems to only have an issue with the custom tag taxonomy. It will pull in and load most the posts but not all of them. It looks like in the admin search all the posts (from what I can tell) are loaded there, but are not loading on the page. The reason I am asking is because on the page, it almost looks like it is just loading based on relevance, and not actually taking the custom tag into consideration. I currently am a freemium user, would the company need to upgraded to a paid account to get access to these taxonomies? It had been working previously, but in the last few months after plugin / index updates it appears that it is no longer working as intended. Lastly, it also seems to not be working on my local or staging environments at all, is there something I should note about development away from the live instance? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Since everything is working in the Relevanssi admin search, this sounds like your Ajax search is not using Relevanssi. That’s not unusual.

Are you using the Ajax Load More for Relevanssi extension? ALM does not use Relevanssi without that extension.

I’m not sure how Ajax Preloaded works with Relevanssi. I would recommend contacting Ajax Load More support about this – since they’ve created the Relevanssi extension, they’re aware of the issues, and should be able to help you out here.
