Custom post / taxonomy url structures

  • Hello,

    I have a custom post type ‘exam’ along with hierachical taxonomies ‘math’, ‘english’, ‘physics’ etc. I am trying to achieve a url structure as follows:

    example.com/exams/math/math-exam-december-2012

    i have rewrite set in register taxonomy but I’m not sure where to go from here. All i can currently get is the following:

    example.com/exams/math-exam-december-2012

    Could anybody tell me how I would go about inserting the additional url part as above?
