custom post thumbnail

I need to do posts on page with different view from original post view…

Posts on the page has it’s own position and size of image, text, q-ty of comments etc.

But on the single post view is usual.

So option ‘read more’ doesn’t work here.

Could you please let me know how can I do that? Is this some kind of plugin?

Or shall I modify somehow template for page (PageOfPosts)?
