Custom Post type activated for archive automatically

Hi
I activated the plugin but it automatically tick the first box as to activate the custom post type for archive also

however this causes an issue for my archive pages — they show either a 404 error or a random post.

Even if I uncheck the box manually, it activate itself automatically so I can’t get rid of this fucntion

I want to customize links only for my custom posts and not to include archive pages.

Can you please help on advising how to uncheck this box?
