    please provide your URL with an example of how the archive with the custom post type is displaying.

    you’ll see that the title is displaying the title of teh top post rather than the archive title..

    We’ve just tested this and the issue doesn’t occur in the premium version of the theme. But MH Magazine lite has an older codebase and we will add better support for custom post types with the next update.

    In the meanwhile you can modify the theme as you like. You can find the code that handles the page title as function mh_page_title() in the file functions.php. You could add for example a conditional to handle your custom post type.
