Custom Post Type Excerpt doesn't replace with WP Edit

    I see WP Edit Excerpt on my posts and pages, but it doesn’t show up on the Excerpt of my custom post type. Is there a way to add it? I didn’t see the option in settings. It does show up on the MAIN content editor, just not the excerpt.

    Post Content – YES
    Post Excerpt – YES
    Page Content – YES
    Page Excerpt – YES
    CPT Content – YES
    CPT Excerpt – standard ??

    Hi, and thank you for posting.

    Yes, this was just added in the latest release; version 3.8. Please update the plugin to enable the advanced excerpts for custom post types.
