Custom Post Type not Displaying in Menu Editor for Some Users

  • I have several custom post types that I created for a clients website. When I’m logged in and go to Appearances -> Menus I see my custom post types along with Pages and Links. However, when another user logs in the custom post types are not shown in the menu editor.

    Both users are type Administrator. Any ideas? I’m stuck! Thanks
