Custom Post Type Notifications for Dokan Plugin

Good evening,

I want to build a custom post-type notification that will notify every logged-in user on a Woocommerce multi-vendor site with the Dokan plugin, that if someone has a new follower a new review, or a support ticket to be notified.

Can you inform me of the most major variables you use and if you want to tell me if I can do this with your Dokan Addon? I know that I can do the Woocommerce notification but how about Dokan Notifications for each logged-in user?
