Custom Post type Permalinks not Compatible with Polylang

We encountered a Problem when using Polylang with Custom Post type Permalinks.
Our goal was to add a certain taxonomy to the Permalink of a custom post type and that worked fine in the main language. But when the post is displayed in another language, the post type slug at the beginning of the Permalink is translated by Polylang and the rewrite rule generated by Custom Post type Permalinks does not take that into consideration. We solved it by inserting our own rewrite rules to use the translated post type slug. It would be great if you could implement the support for Polylang for the next update.
