Custom Post Type Search, Tag and Category Problem

    I added the code to theme functions. I went into the video post assigned it to a category and added tags. When I look at the category in admin it shows the post count. But on the site if you click the category link it does not show the post. If you try the site search it does not pull the post and if you click on the tag it does not pull the post. It appears this is COMPLETLY broken!

    If a create a normal blog post and assign it to the category it shows just fine. So this is specific to your plugin.

    Brand new site with no other plugins other than yours installed.
