Custom Post Type taxonomies

I have created a custom post type and it has 2 custom taxonomies in it. One is inventory and the other is auction. I want to create a 2 template pages that lists the 11 custom taxonomy terms with a permalink.

From what I have found that when you click on the taxonomy permalink it takes you to the archive.php template. I want to only create one template page instead of 22 pages. I need help creating an archive page that will display the taxonomy that the person clicked on and load the posts under it.

It will be Auction (list of 11 taxonomies) -> Tractors (one of the taxonomies) -> list the posts under the Tractors taxonomy.
