    Hello,
I manage a blog site with 2 main custom post types (which both have their own “homepage”. I set up a GaTCW widget for both pages showing only posts from that posttype. This works fine on one posttype, but on the other it will show my real homepage (although it’s checked not to show) and other pages (which is also not checked in the widgetsettings).
Has anyone any idea why this is happening?

    Kind regards,
    Job

Is this still happening? The shortcode caches it’s output for a period of time, so it’s always possible that you were seeing stale cached data.

Yes, this is still happening. The only difference between the two pages is that one is an archive page, the other is a page-template. The page-template works fine, the archive-page shows pages in most-read content when selecting a custom post type, when choosing another custom post type I have, it shows the right type of posts.

These are both using widgets? How do the widget configurations differ? Do the pages that show share a similar slug to content in the post type you’re filtering?
