Custom Post Types

Hello, one of my favourite plugins has begun giving errors and the author says it is a theme issue. He says rumput-hijau must not take into account custom post types for it’s breadcrumb output. The plugin is Theme My Login and it has just released an upgrade which I just installed. It now apparently uses custom post types and thus the error.
Is this true… and if so are you planning to add that function? Or is there a customization I can do to the existing version that will help?
