Custom Post types Category and single Templates

Hello, I would like to use it with Custom Post types:category Pages, archive.php Single and taxonomy pages Templates.
As you know, When we create a Custom Post type in WP and assign a category to our posts, WordPress generates and archive.php for that category and single.php for posts So Then We create a my-categoty.php loop template to display all the posts for that category and my-single-post.php template to display single posts.

Can I use your plugin to display my Posts in that custom template? for both my-category.php and my-single.php templates?

In the other hand: if we create a WP Page and place the “Post Grid layout” to make a view of those posts from that category We will have 2 locations where the posts are in our site: category.php, archive.php (which I can no-index,no problem) and the WP page that we have created to publish the posts from that category.

I would like to know your suggestions and comments beacause I would like to use your plugin
