Custom Post Types completely disappeared

  • Hey everyone,
    I have a WordPress Installation running and installed the CSSigniter Hérnan Theme. Everything worked fine but at a certain point (I don’t know why) all the custom post types, brought with the Theme, have gone. They are neither in the admin-menu, nor in the frontend, the permalinks don’t work anymore. In the Design>Menus Tab it always says “invalid” whenever there’s a link to a custom type post. But the posts still exist in the wp_posts table in MySQL. Can anyone help?
