Custom post types no longer accessible

    Hi guys!

    i am having an issue where the urls for the custom posts are no longer working. ??

    posts all exist
    pages exist for each post
    but URL / permalink returns a file not found error.

    any ideas on where i can start for debugging / troubleshooting
