Custom post types not showing up with in Collapsing Categories

I have a custom_post type (called “campaign_hub”).

Collapsing categories is set to use ONLY it, but ONLY regular posts are being shown (that are posted to shared categories). The custom type isn’t showing up at all!

Is this a known problem? We assumed only the posts-types we specified would show, and would have to go back to making them all standard posts or pages if we can’t make this work. Hoping there’s some known fail at work here. We’re desperate to get this site up for the general election starting tomorrow, so a quick response would be helpful. Hope someone else is working today ??
