Custom post type's permalink in common with a page's permalink how to?

Hi, i need to have a custom post type “services” with this rewrite rule mysite.com/services/ and a page named “services” too where i show a list of the post of the custom post type “services”.. simple.
the problem is that when i contact the url /services/ the system can’t determinate if we are in the page, or in the post type, so it show the index.php loop.
i’m using a page template services.php with the loop for the custom post type.
