Custom Posts and script

Hi,

I have, for the first time, created a custom post. Now, the thing is, I want to have an advertisement only on these posts. As the custom posts don’t have a file of their own, like single.php, what is the best way to do that without having to add the code to each post? It might be a simple solution, I just don’t find it.
