When I add the Posts (type) element and I choose a Custom Post type, these are not showing up in the editor side, but in the front end is fine.

This is a little boy annoying because I can’t visually style the post layout from the editor. I’m doing something wrong? This is a fresh WP installation, only Blocksy theme + CPT UI + Gutentor.

    Hello @xches ,

Can you check on the console and network tools, if there is any issues showing?
Also, please make sure you custom POST type support rest api.

    Best Regards!

    Hi @codersantosh!

I am experiencing the same issues as @xches described.

Fresh Local install, TwentyTwentyOne theme, CPT (Pods) (rest api checked), Gutentor, No errors in Console.

    Backend / Editor:
Custom posts are not loaded / show. “Normal” Posts / Pages are working though.

    Frontend:
The Custom Post Type Posts are shown / loaded.

This is – most def – a bug ;). It would be great if you could check this.

    Thanks!

    Hello @kapppa @xches ,

    Yes, you are right.
Currently, Post (Type) only support Post, Page, WooCommerce Products and EDD downloads on the backend. We will update it to support all post type on the next version. The next version will release someday this week. Thanks for reporting the bug.

    Best Regards!

    Hello everyone,

Please update the Gutentor Plugin to latest version. Post Types should work now on the editor.

    Best Regards!
