custom price labels causes odd formatting issue

  • so ill explain this as simply as i can

    when im in the shop section of my site, and there is an item with a custom price label it throws out the formatting of the below listings as you can see on the link ive provided. It only happens when there is a custom price label in the third column. otherwise it works fine.

    If you look at the page provided the product kiwico has a custom price label, this causes the next line to only show one product instead of 3?

    If i remove the custom price label then the formatting goes back to normal???

    I love this plugin but this issue is causing me headaches.

    Can you try temporarily changing the theme of your store to one of the default ones to see if the issue persists?

    This issue occurs on some themes but not others… any ides how i can fix it?

    Hi,

    That means there is some issue in the theme itself. You would have to either contact the developer of that particular theme or choose to use a different one.

    Hmmm. So the much vaunted Storefront is risky?

    Storefront theme is fully compatible and should work without any issues.
