Custom Priority not saving

We have been enjoying setting up the plugin, but came across an issue, hoping there is a known fix.
When in Advanced Settings > Custom Priority and we try to Add New Priority it does not save (Create New Priority). It did allow us to delete the originals (low, medium, high) and now we can’t get any back in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can send login details to an email, should one be available.
