    Hi ??

I have created a number of custom product attributes, for example ‘what’s in the box:

    1x this thing
    2x other thing
    7x great thing
    1x wonderful thing

BUT when I export and import the products (not changing or editing) the text formatting is lost and then looks like this:

1x this thing 2x other thing 7x great thing 1x wonderful thing

Am I missing something? Or is this a bug that needs reporting?

Many thanks in advance to any helpful people out there.

    Matt

    Howdy Matt!

Would you mind linking to a page where we can see the attributes in action, and also sending a screenshot showing the settings on a product, like this:

    Thanks!

Hi Zach, Thanks for your reply. I have re-created the question below but with screen shots as requested:

    Thanks for that information.

Is there a reason why you’re adding that information as attributes and not within the product’s description (short or long) section? If you’re not doing that to make the information searchable/sortable at all, then I’d recommend adding that information to one of the description sections for each product instead.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please start a new thread.

    Cheers!
