    Hi amandriguez3,

    Exchange uses the WordPress user to create customers. A customer can access their profile page at yourdomain.com/account/profile where they can change their email address.

    If they change their billing/shipping address during the purchase process, it will show on the Payment Details page. However, neither one notifies the admin about the changes.
