Custom profile template not working

Hi,
I followed this doc:
https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/120-adding-your-custom-profile-templates
And I did everything it says to create my new custom profile template. I choosed my new template in the dropdown. My template is blank, There’s just a comment at the top that gives a name: /** Template: Custom Profile **/.
But my custom template is not loaded, I can see the default template.
Overriding profile.php in my child theme is working great.
Any clue?
