custom propierties modal disappears working visual composer with DIVI

We are working on the SEO to publish our final proyect. When we try to acces the page propierties clicking the rank SEO button in our visual composer with DIVI the modal shows but it desappears in a few seconds, we cannot manage anything…
We have review all the requests and it seems that everything is ok. We are working with the latest version of WP.
